Standard two-day orders are shipped nationwide Monday through Wednesday, not including holidays. Orders for overnight shipping are shipped Monday through Thursday. To ensure freshness, we cannot deliver on Saturday through Monday. Our daily cut-off is 2 p.m. PST. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the following business day.

Orders canceled with less than  48-hour notice, or 5 business days for custom orders, will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
