Shipping and order processing
Kayla’s Cake ships items throughout the United States using FEDEX as our third party shipping carrier. Orders are shipped nationwide Monday Through Thursday, not including weekends and holidays. To ensure freshness, we can not delivery on Sunday and Monday. Kayla’s Cake is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions. We recommend placing your order in advance of the desired ship date to avoid potential delays and daily cut-off times.
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping carriers are unable to deliver to P.O.Boxes. Kayla’s Cake is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses, will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/ or relabeling on behalf of the shipping carrier.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries, in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
Our daily cut-off is 1PM PST. Orders placed after 1pm, will calculate as if the order were placed the following day.
In order to preserve the fine quality of our products and to ensure your utmost enjoyment of them, we carefully pack your order into an insulated container with a reusable non-toxic liquid ice pack, which maintains optimal temperature during transit.
Should you receive our product that is damaged, please contact our customer service department firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Cancellations and modifications
Orders may not be cancelled within 24 hours of the ship date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact email@example.com immediately. Some requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
