STORE POLICY
SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING
Kayla’s Cake ships items throughout the United States using UPS as our third party shipping carrier. UPS 2nd Day Guarantee Shipping orders are shipped nationwide Monday through Wednesday, not including holidays. For Overnight shipping, orders are shipped Monday-Thursday. To ensure freshness, we can not deliver on Saturday-Monday. Our daily cut off is 2pm PST. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day.
- Orders placed Monday – Wednesday by 2pm PST ship the same day.
- Orders placed Monday – Wednesday after 2pm PST ship the following day.
- Orders placed Thursday after 2pm (PST) – Sunday ship the following Monday.
Sorry, we can’t deliver to P.O. boxes – valid street addresses only.
Kayla’s Cake is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions. We recommend placing your order in advance of the desired delivery date to avoid potential delays and daily cut-off times.
Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Kayla’s Cake is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses, will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling on behalf of the shipping carrier. In the event that a business is closed or a recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered, shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries.
PACKAGING
In order to preserve the fine quality of our products and to ensure your utmost enjoyment of them, we carefully pack your order into an insulated container with a reusable non-toxic liquid ice pack, which maintains optimal temperature during transit.
RETURNS
Should you receive our product that is damaged, please contact our customer service department info@thekaylascake.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Orders may not be cancelled within 24 hours of the ship date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please contact info@thekaylascake.com immediately. Some requests may not be possible due to the order processing schedule.
